Co-Host Opportunity for Standards Organizations

Increase exposure of your standards organization. By signing up as a co-host at XML 2005, your standards organization will benefit from increased exposure by being listed on promotional materials, being included in relevant press releases and partnering with the longest-running XML conference and exposition! IDEAlliance believes in fostering standards work, and so the Conference Organisers offer this opportunity to standards organizations working in areas related to XML.

For XML 2005, we are offering limited co-host agreements to recognised standards organizations. This gives you the chance to inform conference attendees about what you do, what sorts of standards specifications your organization produces, and why they are important. The information below outlines our standard "Co-Host Agreement".

XML 2005 Co-Host Agreement

IDEAlliance will provide:

• A $150 discount off of conference registration for members of your organization.
• Your logo and organization profile on the conference web site.
• Your logo in the printed onsite guide.
• 10% discount on booth space at the XML 2005 Exposition for companies that are members of your organization.
• Distribution of your literature in the attendees' bags.
• The chance to stage interoperability demos at the conference featuring the standards your organization produces (optional).

In return, IDEAlliance is requesting the following:

• Announcements and/or a conference banner ad on your web site and/or newsletter about the conference and where possible, about the applicable discounts.
• Assistance with soliciting talk submissions on subjects of interest to your membership
• Other joint marketing activities that are mutually acceptable.
