The information below outlines our standard "Event Media Partner" policy:

IDEAlliance will provide:

• Your logo and a company profile on the conference web site.
• Your logo in the printed onsite guide.
• Distribution of your literature in the attendees' bags (optional).
• One full conference registration for a delegate from your publication.
• Access to the post-conference attendee list.

In return, IDEAlliance is requesting the following:

• Conference banner ad displayed on your web site through the conference dates.
• Provide use of subscriber email addresses for email blasts or offer to send our blasts to your subscribers.
• Announcements on your web site and/or newsletters.
• Full page advertisement in upcoming issue (if applicable).
